Terms & Conditions of Use

When you use Stylish-Pet-Carriers.com and any of its related or linking sites, you agree to the terms and conditions that are listed below, and the specified terms mentioned in the individual product descriptions. In particular, purchasing and shipping products that are on this site creates an agreement between you (the buyer), the site owner, Stylish-Pet-Carriers.com, and its parent company. The agreement also includes the restrictions of individual manufacturers who govern their own policies involving the return of any of their products. Stylish-Pet-Carriers.com, its parent company and its related websites and linking partners have no control over the policies of manufacturers, but makes every effort to accurately convey those policies prior to your making a purchase.

RETURNS: If a manufacturer's Return Policy is not shown on one of its products, it means that you have 20-days to return the products.  If products are not damaged or defective you can return the products at a 20% re-stocking fee.  Original shipping fees are not refundable. When returns are permitted, the customer pays costs of and arranges for shipment back - directly to the manufacturer or as otherwise noted - and only after email or written authorization and a RA (Returns Authorization) has been first obtained from Stylish-Pet-Carriers.com.com.  Returns require PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION AND PACKAGING. So SAVE ALL SHIPPPING BOXES & PACKAGING.  Please include your RA # on the return shipping label only and do not write it on the product packaging.  Manufacturers will provide free parts or replacements for damaged or missing products. Some provide a direct Toll Free Telephone number (which comes with the product) so you can get them quickly and directly from the product's maker.

DAMAGE: If items are damaged, OR SUSPECTED TO BE DAMAGED, it must be documented with the delivery company at the time of the delivery. The delivery driver must wait while you inspect. If the driver does not agree to wait, note this on the bill of delivery, WHEN YOU SIGN accepting delivery. NOTE ON THE DELIVERY SLIP before you sign your name, if the box shows any signs of damage on the outside. In all such damage or potential damage cases, in order to support any potential claim for damages, you must notify the Stylish-Pet-Carriers.com within 2 business days by phone or email.

PRODUCT & ASSEMBLY SAFETY: Stylish-Pet-Carriers.com neither designs, manufactures or ships any of the products offered or sold on this site, and as such, makes no representation or guarantee about the safety of these products, or, in the case of self-assembled items, about whether purchasers who receive such products will properly and safely assemble these items. Product and assembly safety is solely and exclusively the province and responsibility of the manufacturer, the purchaser, and the shipper. Any suspected damage in shipping must be noted at the time a shipment is received with the shipper, and as stated above, must be described to Stylish-Pet-Carriers.com within 3 days. Assume that suspected damage may create a potential safety hazard and we advise that you do not use the product.

Product assembly must be done exactly in conformance with the Manufacturer's written instructions, and if offered, the Manufacturer's telephone assistance.

Prices Subject to Change, Site Inaccuracies, Errors, Discontinuations. This Site may have prices, descriptions and text that are not accurate because of typographical errors or changes not yet reflected in the product descriptions that appear on the site. There may also be product discontinuations after an order has been placed. Advertised prices may also change without notice. While This Site shall not be responsible for honoring site price or product inaccuracies or discontinuations, This Site will notify any purchaser of these changes before the manufacture or shipment of an order, and allow the purchaser to (1) cancel the order or (2) change the order or payment based on these inaccuracies or price changes. In the case of discontinuations, This Site will notify the purchaser and arrange for a refund.
