 SHIPPING How Will My Order Ship? Unless otherwise noted our products will ship via UPS. UPS Ground generally takes 1-6 business days to arrive. UPS 2nd Day generally takes 3 days to arrive. Orders placed before 1:00 pm EST generally ship the same business day. If you have any questions about shipping times, give us a call toll free 800-264-3462. Most orders ship within 1 business day. When your order ships we notify you via email with a tracking number. We encourage you to track your package online to make sure everything is on schedule.
UPS does not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person.
If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note.
Shipping Restrictions: Orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska needs to ship UPS 2nd Day Air. UPS Ground is not a delivery option for these states.
RETURNS You can return an item for a refund if the item has been unopened and unused within 20 days of receipt. There is a 20% restocking fee on non-defective product. Initial cost of shipping is not refunded. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and method. All returns require you to email or call us to obtain a RA (Return Authorization) number and further return instructions.
PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION AND PACKAGING. SAVE ALL SHIPPPING BOXES & PACKAGING.
Please include your RA # on the return shipping label only and do not write it on the product packaging. Returns will not be accepted without a RA number.
Custom ordered product can not be returned unless damaged or defective and only then can it be returned directly to the manufacture.
Manufacturers Warranty:
Most of our products carry a manufactures warranty for defects up to 90 days. If there are any problems with your products, contact us within 20 days of receipt of product and we can arrainge an exchange or replacement.
Damaged Product If items are damaged, OR SUSPECTED TO BE DAMAGED, it must be documented with the delivery company at the time of the delivery. The delivery driver must wait while you inspect. If the driver does not agree to wait, note this on the bill of delivery, WHEN YOU SIGN accepting delivery. NOTE ON THE DELIVERY SLIP before you sign your name, if the box shows any signs of damage on the outside. In all damage or potential damage cases, in order to support any potential claim for damages, you must notify the StylishPetCarriers.com within 2 business days by phone or email.
